RAWLINS — The Carbon County Museum staff starts a new chapter tonight with a special ceremony.

To help move the museum one step closer to the Hugus-Ferguson Building, new museum director Steven Dinero is partnering with New York Times best selling author C.J. Box and his wife, Laurie, during a book signing event.
